Triathlon New Years' Resolution

Many people decide to change their diet, become more active and lose weight as their New Year's resolution. I think that the best way to lose weight is by following a triathlon plan. One deals with three different sports, swimming, cycling, and running and it makes for a great interesting workout. Also once you race it is one of the best atmospheres everywhere. Below I am posting some links to some great resources to either get you started in triathlon training or just improve training for this season.
